Course Overview:
This course provides dental professionals with a clear understanding of effective referral and delegation practices. It highlights the importance of recognising professional limits, ensuring safe and appropriate task assignment, and promoting collaborative, patient-centred care. Learners will explore when and how to refer or delegate, how to maintain accountability, and how to communicate clearly with patients and colleagues to ensure continuity and safety of care.
